Luckily, Hong Kong is home to many fantastic public and private swimming pools that will have you feeling refreshed in no time. Whether you’re looking to splash around with your kids or simply float on the surface of the water and take in the views, this list has something for everyone.

Lap swim memberships are available at some of the pools as well.
Open Swims: Admission to open swim sessions is free. Lap swims and lap swim memberships require a fee.
The pools at the Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong are a great option for those who prefer a little more peace and privacy away from the crowds of Water World. With a 60-metre outdoor infinity pool and an Outdoor Kid-Lagoon, the pools offer killer city and harbour views. The pool is open to hotel guests and non-guests who purchase a pass, but be prepared to work up a sweat!
Hammer Hill Swimming Pool, 30 Lung Cheung Road, Wong Tai Sin
A popular destination for families with kids, this destination public pool has a slew of water slides and fountains. With an area dedicated to toddlers, multiple waterslides and a massive diving pool, this is the perfect place to cool off with the family. Just don’t forget the hats, sunnies and sunscreen!
Kowloon Park Swimming Pool
With three outdoor leisure pools, a diving pool and a teaching pool, this pool is perfect for both children and adults. They even have a heated pool for the winter season! However, you should be aware that adult swim suits of a sexually suggestive nature are not permitted. Also, anyone who is not fully toilet trained must wear a swim diaper while at the pool.
